North Beach operates leagues throughout the year. We have the largest Indoor Beach League as well as being the originators in Canada since 1993. Each league is 10 weeks long and is made up of either 4 or 6 players per team.

League players are allowed to have substitutes on their roster as long as there are 2 women scheduled to play on mixed teams. Nights are set up for recreational, intermediate and competitive teams.

All teams are given free instruction 3 nights a week and are permitted to use the drop-in program on weekends for half price.

Teams enjoy a minimum of 1 hour of play on their chosen night along with music, food, fun and a licensed bar area. Lockers, change rooms and showers are provided to all league members.
